Everybody's out there trying to do the best they can.

This quote by Woody Allen inspired me to write a short poem:

I am no angel,

I judge too

Naturally, but usually in my head

I'm judging you

I grow older, learn to judge less the key is to love more

I place myself in other people's shoes

Let empathy walk me through the door

I seek to see myself in others

And others in me

It's like a mirror, fragile and deceptive

We are reflections of what we see

Judging is easy

Love can be too

Look beyond the facade

Let the truth shine through
