"People who love to eat are always the best people"

I had a new customer come in tonight and as he was waiting for his food, he patiently sat at the counter with the biggest grin on his face. He said he was so happy he discovered our place and mentioned several times how excited he was to try it out. He may have repeated the statement "I'm so excited" like 3 times. These are the people I absolutely love to serve--the "so excited" crowd. They are open to suggestions, not very finicky, appreciate good food (and service), and overall pleasant to deal with. They don't care about prices, and they don't mind having to wait a little bit. Because to them--if the food is good, and the service is right--it's worth it.
